Our Team

Mr. Elliott was an audit partner in the Vancouver office of KPMG LLP for over 25 years until his retirement in June of 2022. He was responsible for financial statement and internal control audits for numerous public and private companies and non-profit foundations, including companies listed in Canada, the United States and internationally. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, financing and related securities filings and compliance in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Elliott is a CPA.CA and a holder of the Institute of Corporate Directors Director (ICD.D) designation and has a BA from Simon Fraser University.

Greg has enjoyed over 25 years of diverse experience in the Real Estate industry, primarily in Vancouver and Toronto. His background ranges from agency and development, acquisitions and dispositions through to property and asset management. The last 15 years have been devoted to overseeing the property management and performance of investment portfolios on behalf of institutional and private investors together with organizational leadership and development.

Greg’s volunteer activities have centered on supporting the Building Owners and Managers Association of BC currently as Chair, and lengthy involvement with alpine ski racing in North Vancouver and as a volunteer during the 2010 Olympics in Whistler.

Melanie Matthews is a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has over 12 years of experience of providing audit and assurance services, working in multinational environments and working with major publicly listed companies in Canada and the United States. With an emphasis on collaboration, trust and quality, Melanie is committed to helping clients navigate through the demands of regulatory compliance changes, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, complex accounting issues and rise of new regulations.

Melanie is a former member of the Senior Women’s National Softball Team, having represented Canada in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, as well as competing in three World Championships. Melanie was inducted into the World Baseball Softball Confederation Hall of Fame and the Softball Canada Hall of Fame in 2019.

Melanie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2013.

Stephanie is a former World Freestyle Skiing Champion and a resident of Whistler for the past 33 years. She has been extensively involved in the Whistler Community as a Real Estate Professional for the past 10 years, a municipal Councillor for 6 years, a founding member of the Public Art Committee, a Whistler Community Art Council Director, a founder of the Stephanie Sloan Women Only Ski Programs, a past President of Dave Murray Enterprises, and a proud mother of 2nd generation Olympian Julia Murray.

Wendy is a barrister employed by the B.C. Prosecution Service. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1983. Prior to joining the Prosecution Service, she practiced as an employment and labour lawyer. She obtained her Masters degree in Law from the University of Cambridge, England in 1986.

Wendy has long been active in professional and community work including as President and Vice President of the British Columbia, Canadian and International Associations of Prosecutors and as President of the Boys’ and Girls’ Club of Greater Vancouver. Recently, Wendy assisted ViaSport BC in developing a Universal Code of Conduct for sports in British Columbia. She regularly teaches lawyers, police officers and other justice officials on a wide variety of topics including ethics.

Wendy’s expertise as a barrister and her dedication to the legal profession was recognized in 2001 when she was honoured with an appointment as Queen’s Counsel.

While at Cambridge, Wendy coxed for the Gonville and Caius Rowing Club. She grew up on horse back and thoroughly enjoys golf but has long recognized that she does not possess athletic ability. She loves to watch most sports and admires the skill and commitment true athletes bring to their endeavours.

Shannon has more than twenty-five years of experience building and leading high-growth companies. She co-founded, served as CEO for, and led the sale of two companies less than six years apart: Subserveo Inc. and Paradata Systems Inc.

Shannon now coaches CEOs who aspire to replicate this success using her strategic execution framework, which is known as Metronomics. In June 2011, Shannon established a business focused on coaching CEOs and leadership teams worldwide. She also co-founded Metronome Growth Systems, which is a cloud-based business platform centered on Metronomics’s best practices for high-growth businesses, CEOs, leaders, and business coaches. In July 2018, Shannon founded Metronome United, now known as Metronomics United Coaching, which now has over eighty coaches worldwide who are dedicated to implementing Metronomics business operating systems powered by 3HAG to strategically impact high-growth companies and their teams.

Shannon was recognized by the Universal Womens Network Game Changer award in 2022. She was recognized as one of Canadas Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2018, 2020, and 2022 and was awarded Canadas Top 40 under 40 in 2001. She received the Sarah Kirke Award for Canadas Leading Women Entrepreneurs in 2006. Shannon was named Deal Maker of the Year in Vancouver in 2011 and was in the top three midmarket deals on Wall Street that year.

Shannon has Bachelors degrees in Commerce and Computer Science from Saint Marys University and a Masters in Computer Science from the Technical University of Nova Scotia. She is married with three children and resides in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia.

Anthony Wright is Regional Vice President of Indigenous Wealth at RBC Royal Trust, where he is responsible for the administration of a wide range of Indigenous Trusts. Working closely with First Nation and other Indigenous clients across B.C. and Alberta, he is a trusted partner in the development and implementation of wealth management plans. Anthony joined RBC in 2016, after earning a law degree from the University of Victoria and articling at a national law firm in Vancouver. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics, Exercise Science at the University of British Columbia, was a member of Canada’s field hockey team and competed in the European Hockey League winning the Championnat de France.

As the third generation of his family to represent Canada in an Olympic games, Anthony continues to be an advocate for sport at the community level and nationally, having participated in a number of Canadian Olympic Committee programs and served as a Director of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada and on the board of directors nominating committee for Hockey Canada.
